  1. Moto Mio limited liability company, limited partnership based in Cracow as Administrator of personal data rental office Rent a Scooter, take care of the security of personal data provided by the users. Administrator observes the provisions of the Act of 29 August, 1997 on Personal Data Protection (Law Gazette 1997 No. 133, heading 883, as amended). Administrator fulfills the obligations arising out of the aforementioned Act, with particular regard to rights Users to have access to their own data, to request their update and removal, and the right to object in the cases referred to in the above mentioned Act.

  2. The information contained in system logs may contain various data, for example IP address. User consents to use them only for technical purposes and to collect general statistical information. The above data can be made available to authorized entities under the applicable law in case of violation of the rights of the Administrator, an intrusion attempt or any other act to its detriment.


  1. Website Rent a Scooter uses cookies, text files stored on the User’s computer, identifying it as needed to allow certain operations. Cookies are used to:

  • adaptation of web content to User preferences and to optimize using the site; in particular, these files allow to recognize the User’s device and appropriately display a page tailored to their individual needs;

The mechanism does not allow session cookies to gather any personal data, or any confidential information from the User device.

    2. durable cookies: are stored on the User device and remain there until you delete them. The end of the session of the browser or turning off the device does not delete them from User device. The mechanism of durable cookies does not allow to gather any personal data or any confidential information from User device.

  1. The user has the ability to limit or disable access of cookies to their device. If this option will be use by the User, use from the Store will be possible but except for the functions which require cookies.

  2. In many cases, the software used to browse the websites (browser) by default allows storage of cookies in the User device. Users of the site Rent a Scooter can change settings for cookies at any time. These settings can be changed in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in your web browser configuration or inform about enter them in the User device every time. Detailed information about the possibilities and ways of handling cookies are available in the software settings (web browser).

  3. Cookies inserted in the User device can also be used by co-operating with the Administrator of personal data of advertisers and partners. More information about these cookies can be found on their websites. The User may remove the cookies at any time, using the features available on the web browser.

  4. The Administrator of personal data informs that the restriction of the use of cookies may affect some of the functionality available on the websites of rental office Rent a Scooter.


  1. Moto Mio limited liability company, limited partnership as a personal data administrator reserves the right to process Users personal information for marketing purposes, in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997 on Personal Data Protection (hereinafter the Act), and to send by Rent a Scooter provided by the User e-mail address at registration,  information and commercial information derived from the Administrator or his partners, with prior User permission. Purpose and scope of being processed personal data is determined each time the scope of approvals and completed the data, in particular transmitted via the appropriate forms.

  2. Users’ personal data will be processed for marketing purposes and legally justifiable purpose of Moto Mio, i.e. direct marketing of its own products and services of Rent a Scooter, as well as for information, statistics, market research and preferences of Users for the purpose of improving the quality of services provided by the Administrator of personal data in accordance with the Act of 18 July 2002 on Rendering Electronic Services.

  3. User’s personal data and other information contained in the registration forms will be used by Moto Mio to the conclusion, amendment, termination of the contract with the User and to provide services, including providing information relating to the provided services, including information and materials of website Rent a Scooter

  4. Access to personal data and consent to processing is voluntary, but the lack of consent to the processing of personal data marked as compulsory will make the provision of services and the implementation of the agreements by Rent a Scooter will be impossible. Consent may be revoked at any time by sending such a request to the email address or the local address of Moto Mio specified in the Regulations.

  5. Data are available only for execution of orders and contracts on the rendering electronic services (courier and the company providing accounting services for Rent a Scooter). Personal data gathered by Rent a Scooter can also be made available:

  1. to the appropriate state authorities at their request on the basis of the relevant provisions of law,

  2. to any other individuals and entities – in the cases provided by law.

  1. Access to the personal data to other entities may only take place for the previously consent of the User whose they relate.

  2. The User has the right to control the processing of data that concern him which are contained in the data sets, and especially the right to:

  1. access to their personal data, making the additions and correct data through the application of such a request in rental office Rent a Scooter,

  2. request temporary or permanent suspension of their processing or removal if they are incomplete, outdated, untrue or gathered in violation of the Act or are redundant for the purpose for which they were gathered,

  3. object to the processing of their personal data – in the cases provided by law – and the right to demand their removal when it will be unnecessary for the purpose for which it was gathered.

Entrusted personal data is stored and protected in accordance with the principles laid down in the applicable law: the Act, the Act of 18 July 2002 on Rendering Electronic Services, the Regulation of the Minister of the Interior and Administration of 29 April 2004 regarding of the personal data processing documentation and technical and organizational conditions which should be fulfilled by devices and computer systems used for the processing of personal data (Law Gazette, No. 100, heading 1024).

  2. Rent a Scooter uses technical and organizational measures to protect personal data processed appropriate to the risks and category of data being protected, in particular, protect data against their unauthorized disclosure, takeover by an unauthorized person, processing with the violation of the Act, any change, loss, damage or destruction.

  3. If rental office Rent a Scooter will receive an information about the use by the User of the service provided electronically in violation of the Rules or the applicable regulations (unauthorized use), Rent a Scooter can process User’s personal data to the extent necessary to establish his responsibility.
